However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Refunds
