Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

For custom pieces, production begins once payment and design details are confirmed.

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Delivery across the UAE typically takes 1–7 working days, depending on your location and item availability.

Custom-made items may require additional production time — we’ll share the expected lead time when you order.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct, as we can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 7 days in their original, unused condition.

Custom pieces are non-returnable, as each is made specifically for you.
